So often I listen to my younger girlfriends in their 20’s, 30’s and 40’s that their are no good men out there.  I as a woman have watched beautiful, fit and attractive women get passed up by men. I have a gentleman friend older and heavy set yet women flock to him while younger men just seem bland in comparison.  Following is my theory as to how to be sexually attractive no matter of how he/she looks, how old he/she is, or how much he/she earns. It is more about your attitude, manners, and social skills.

Impressions and confidence. Look and act your best. This is the time to be happy with the gifts of life and be comfortable inside your own skin.  Forget about being self conscious about your little defects.  I have a huge scar on my stomach and my lovers all tell me that they did not notice it until I brought their attention to it. This is the time to give permission to yourself and your partner to have play time.

Pay interest. Take a few minutes to learn about the other person. Get a sense of the kind of person she or he is – introverted or violent, extroverted, or reserved? Then fine-tune your approach to him or her. People are not the same; so do not treat everyone exactly the same way.

Be complimentary. Find something about the person that you like. Does he or she have nice hair or lovely eyes, a great figure or beautiful hands? The most sexually successful people I know always find something beautiful about everyone they meet. Learning to appreciate people’s qualities, and letting them know you do, is answer to success in your romantic attempts. People relax and will enjoy the beauty in you.

Leave the daily grind and old relationships behind. Romantic intimacy is about enjoyment, fun, relaxation, healing, and connecting with another human being. Do not talk about your bad relationships or gas prices, children or work frustrations. Enjoy the good times you can have with this person, and not the bad times you have had with others.

Flirt wildly. Flirting puts people in a good frame of mind and warms them up sexually, it relaxes them and makes them smile.  Flirting includes paying compliments, making teasing comments or light-hearted jokes, and talking about fantasies or things you would like to do together. Flirting is can also be as simple as eye contact, a smile, a tilt of the head or a brush of the hand.

Communication, ask for what you wish for.Asking does not promise you will get it, but it surely improves your chances. The best lovers I have known have been able to demonstrate or tell ar lover what things excite you the most. They ask questions and discover what is right for their partner and seek to pleasure both parties.

Respect, set limits on both sides and join to them. Keep in mind that what is hot to one person could be like a cold shower to another. If your partner lets you know that he or she does not want to act out a particular, fantasy or engage in a particular act, do not try to force them into it.

Be polite. Some of the sexiest words in any language are “Please,” “thank you,” and “you’re welcome.” These gentle words are so often forgotten in intimate moments, those that use them are set into a class of their own
